Jason Webster, a longtime Bend resident, brings nearly three decades of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Go-To-Market strategy. Guided by a commitment to building lasting local partnerships, he founded HireIQ Solutions in 2024 to connect leading Pacific Northwest companies with top talent—supporting professionals in growing their careers and helping businesses across the region thrive.

Jason is a proud husband and father of three children in the Bend-La Pine School District. His wife Dani works locally in the medical field, and is a volunteer with Deschutes County Search & Rescue. Jason is active in the community as a youth baseball coach and an outdoors enthusiast, enjoying camping, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and paddleboarding. His deep connection to Central Oregon fuels his passion for helping local businesses and professionals grow and succeed.
